Booking terms and conditions
The apartments will be available by 2 pm on day of arrival and will need to be vacated by 10 am
on the day of departure.
During the period 01 November – 31 March the farmhouse is closed.
For organizational motives inferior stays a 3 days are not accepted.
The price of apartment includes:
- Electricity, water, gas;
- A weekly change of bathroom and bedroom lines, as well as kitchen towels and table cloth;
- End cleaning;
- Free access to the kids’ playing area and relax area;
- Free access to the lake beach equipped with deck chairs and to the close- by wooden hut
for change and barbecue;
- Beds for children under the age of 3 available on request with no further charges;
Any other extra services like extra cleaning (€ 25,00), addition beds (€ 12,00/night),
midweek change of bathroom and bedroom lines (€ 10,00/person), heating (€ 12,00/day)
will need to required at the moment of the reservation and will be charged.
Discounts for many week bookings as well as groups bigger than 8 people.
The number of guests must not exceed the sleeping accommodation of the booked apartment.
